The next stage after insight
An experiential programme for people who've done the work, developed self-awareness, and are ready to stop just understanding themselves and start experiencing life differently.
An eight-week programme, with a clear beginning and end.

Many people arrive here with deep self-awareness.
That understanding is important - it brings compassion, context and meaning to our experience.
But understanding, by itself, doesn't always translate into change.
Because the moments that shape our lives don't happen while we're reflecting on them. They happen in real time:
When you're criticised.
When you're overwhelmed.
When you're faced with conflict.
When you have to make a difficult decision.
When fear tells you to shut down or abandon yourself.
In those moments, lasting change depends less on what you know, and more on what you're able to access.
Most people try to change the behaviours that keep them stuck.
I work with the conditions that make them necessary.
The behaviours that cause us the most pain are rarely the real problem. They're often intelligent strategies that once helped us survive.
Rather than trying to eliminate those strategies, we begin by understanding what they're protecting.
But understanding isn't where the work ends.
Together, we gradually expand your capacity to experience difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.
As that capacity grows - the ability to remain connected to yourself when difficult emotions arise, instead of disappearing inside them - fear no longer has to dictate every response. The strategies that once helped you survive begin to lose their purpose, creating space for new ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
From insight to change
You can't think your way into this capacity. It develops through experience.
Little by little, your relationship with yourself begins to change - not by learning more, but by experiencing yourself differently.
Throughout the programme, you'll strengthen this capacity through four interconnected abilities:
Recognise
Become aware of what's happening inside you before old survival responses take over, creating space between the emotion and the behaviour that usually follows.
Feel
Gradually expand your capacity to experience difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.
Stay
Learn to remain connected to yourself while difficult emotions unfold, rather than disappearing into old survival strategies.
Integrate
Gradually integrate this new way of relating to yourself until it becomes something you can rely on naturally, even under pressure.
One capacity. Every area of life
As this foundation strengthens, every area of life begins to change with it.
Designed to Support Change
This isn't a series of weekly conversations. It's a carefully designed experience that supports change before, during and between our time together - the work doesn't stop when our meeting ends. Every element has a purpose. The readings prepare the ground. Our meetings create the experiences that make change possible. Ongoing support helps you apply the work in real life, where lasting change happens.
Over time, understanding becomes something you don't simply know. It becomes something you can rely on.
1:1 Meetings - Ten individual meetings over eight weeks, intentionally sequenced to build on one another.
Curated Learning - A growing library of carefully selected resources - including reading, guided reflections, breathing practices and specific somatic exercises - to deepen your understanding and support lasting change between our meetings.
Real-Life Support - Life doesn't wait for your next meeting. You'll have direct access to me throughout the week, so you can bring real-life moments into the work while you're living them - not days later.
Emotional Release - An immersive two-hour experience, available when appropriate, that creates the conditions for deeper emotional processing and integration as part of your programme.
Community - Because lasting change doesn't happen in isolation. Weekly live group conversations offer a space to connect with others on a similar journey - reminding you that you're not alone, while deepening and reinforcing the work we're doing together.
Because of the level of personal involvement this work requires, I only take on a small number of clients at a time.
